Washington Heights Softball Field
We also plan on posting map quest directions to
get to The W H field, as it is new to many of us. For the time being, coming
from 211, turn on North St (in Middletown) towards Blueberry Mountain, heading
out of town. Take North St until you reach the Mid-City Transit bus garage.
At that point, on your right is Ohio Ave. Take that right and you will
intersect the field.
There is a tree in deep right field that is in
play. I would suggest if it hits the tree or beyond, on the fly, it should be
a homerun, unless caught. For the time being, it should be discussed with the
umps before the game is played and once we get consensus, we can update the
ground rules.
